The Fast AFIS SDK is a software development kit that offers all functionality to quickly search through large fingerprint databases. With its speed of 120,000,000 matches per second per CPU, it can greatly increase the throughput of AFIS systems using traditional minutiae matchers as well as significantly reduce the cost of the required hardware. The SDK is perfectly suited to be used in large scale identification systems or, in combination with the priv-ID Biometric Encryption SDK, to prevent duplicate enrollment of individuals.

The Fast AFIS SDK is aiming at technology providers and system integrators who want to offer large scale AFIS systems while reducing system complexity, improving system responsiveness and cutting overall cost.

The SDK comes with interfaces to all major programming languages like C, C++, and C#.
